Change your password using the RICOH360 App for Smartphones

1. Start the RICOH360 application on your smartphone and log in
2. Tap the user icon in the upper right corner of the screen
3. Tap Change Password
   You will be redirected to the "Change Password" screen.
4. Enter the current password and the new password to be set, and click Save.

This completes the password change. The next time you log in, please log in with the newly set password.

Using the web version of RICOH360 to change your password

1. Access app2.ricoh360.com/login with a PC browser and log in.
2. Click on your user name in the upper right corner and click Account in the drop-down list that appears
3. Click Change in the "Password" field
   A dialog box "Please change your password" will appear
4. Enter your current password and the new password you wish to set, and click Save

This completes the password change. The next time you log in, please log in with the new password.
