Photos uploaded to the RICOH360 Cloud can be downloaded to any team member's smartphone or PC.
However, photos that have been edited on the RICOH360 Cloud (photos with in the upper right corner of the thumbnail) cannot be downloaded. Only the original image at the time of uploading can be downloaded.
Note that downloading Photos uploaded to the cloud does not delete the Photos in the cloud.

Download to your smartphone
- Start the RICOH360 app, tap in the upper left corner of the screen, and select the team whose photos you want to download have been uploaded.
- Tap CLOUD in THETA / DEVICE / CLOUD at the top of the screen
- Tap the photo you want to download from the displayed photo list *Multiple selections possible
- To download only one photo
- Tap the photo you want to download from the photo list
- Tap in the upper right corner of the photo details screen
- To select multiple photos for download
- Tap Select in the upper left corner of the photo list
- Tap the photo you wish to download and place a checkmark
- Tap at the bottom of the screen
- To download only one photo
Please wait until the download is complete. When the download is complete, open the library (album) on your smartphone and confirm that the photos have been downloaded.
Download to PC
- Go to app2.ricoh360.com/login and log in
- Click on the team name on the left side of the screen and select the team where the photo you wish to download is stored.
- Click the photo you want to download from the list of photo thumbnails *Multiple selections are not possible.
You will be transferred to the browse mode. - Tap in the upper right corner of the screen
- Click
When the download is complete, open the download file location you specified in your browser and confirm that you have downloaded the photo.
