Photos uploaded to RICOH360 Cloud can be processed using RICOH360's AI technology.
This processing is available from smartphones via the RICOH360 App and from PCs by accessing RICOH360.com via a browser.
As of 2024/3, the following features are available. Uploading of processed photos is available only with the Enterprise plan.
Image Enhancement
This function automatically corrects images to high-definition and appropriate brightness using Ricoh's proprietary image processing and AI technologies.
Blur Person
To protect privacy, this feature recognizes people in the 360-degree photos taken and automatically blurs them out. Not only the face, but also the entire person can be blurred.

Editing with a smartphone (RICOH360 App)
- Open the RICOH360 App and log in.
- Tap in the upper left corner of the screen to select a team.
- Tap at the bottom of the screen
- Tap Cloud among THETA / Device / Cloud at the top of the screen.
- Tap the thumbnail of the photos you wish to edit
The screen will switch to viewing mode - Tap in the upper right corner of the screen
Switch to edit mode - Tap or at the bottom of the screen
- Tap Save in the upper right corner of the screen
When editing is complete, the screen will switch to the thumbnail list screen.
The processed photos are saved separately from the original. is displayed in the upper right corner of the thumbnail of the processed photos.
Editing on a PC (browser)
- Access RICOH360 app2.ricoh360.com/login on your PC browser and login
- Click on the team name and select the team
- Select photos *multiple selections are not allowed
Go to browse mode. - Click on the in the upper right corner of the screen
Go to edit mode. - Click on the Image Enhancement or Blur Person on the left side of the screen
- Click Save in the upper right corner of the screen
When the message "The edited photos have been saved" is displayed, editing is complete.
The processed photos are saved separately from the original. is displayed in the upper right corner of the thumbnail of the processed photos.
