Operation procedure when prompted for Bluetooth pairing
When connecting THETA X to the cloud for the first time, you will be asked to pair Bluetooth. Follow the steps below to successfully pair the THETA X.
- Tap "OK" on the THETA X screen.
- Tap "Pairing" on the screen of your smartphone.
If pairing fails during cloud linking and you wish to try again, please cancel pairing from your smartphone's Settings app.
If you fail during the cloud linking process and want to start over again, you may need to deactivate pairing. Please follow the steps below to deactivate pairing and then try registering again.
For iPhone (on iOS 16.6)
Open "Settings" on your iPhone and follow the steps below.
1.Open "Bluetooth".
- In the "My devices" section, you will see the serial number (8 digits) of your THETA X
2.Tap the "i" button to the right of the serial number to open the details screen.
3.Tap "Unregister this device".
In the case of Android (in the case of Android 12)
Open "Settings" of Android and follow the steps below.
1.Open "Connected Devices".
- The serial number (8 digits) of your THETA X will be displayed in the "Paired Devices" section. 3.
2.Tap the gear button on the right side of the serial number to open the details screen.
3.Tap "Delete".
