Administrators can see a list of the THETAs on their team and the last time the THETA sent information to the cloud.
They can remotely and visually check each THETA's error status, firmware version and whether it is up-to-date, etc., even if they do not have the THETA with them. This allows you to quickly become aware of THETA conditions that may affect your work, reducing the risk of lost opportunities.
The THETA List screen can be displayed in the following ways,
- Log in to the RICOH360
- Click on the user name in the upper right corner of the screen and click on Admin Console
You will be redirected to the administrator console screen. - (For users who are administrators on multiple teams) Click the team name on the left side of the screen and select the team.
- Click THETA Management in the menu to display the THETA list

Model Name: THETA model name *Click THETA X, Z1 to go to THETA Analytics

Serial No. : Serial number on the bottom of the camera

Firmware Version: Firmware version installed on the THETA *THETA X, Z1 only
- Auto Update: Status of automatic update settings *THETA X, Z1 only. See here for setup procedure

Battery Status: Current battery level displayed in % (20% or less is displayed in red) *THETA X, Z1 only

Remaining Space: Remaining space on the THETA (less than 2GB of space is displayed in red) *THETA X, Z1 only

Updated: Date and time of last connection to the cloud

Error: Error information displayed on the camera itself *THETA X, Z1 only
